With this option you will receive your parcel either through us or with one of the 4 available courier companies that we work with. Delivery is within 1 to 6 working days depending on the area in which you are. Shipping is free for orders over € 40.00. The charge for shipping is € 1.95 and the cash on delivery charge is € 1.00 for orders up to € 40.00. If you choose to pay by card there is no extra charge.

COLLECTION FROM STORE:
It concerns the possibility of purchase from our eshop upon receipt from the store of your choice. Orders are delivered to our stores within 2 to 5 working days.

When your parcel is ready for delivery you will receive a message on your mobile that your parcel is ready for receipt.

The available payment methods are:
1. With a card when completing your order from our eshop.
2. Payment by card in the store.
3. Payment in cash at the store

Returns are free of charge by courier

* In the case of national holidays, there may be a delay in the delivery of orders regardless of the shipping method you have chosen.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

You have the right to return all or part of the order within 15 working days from the date you received it. When we receive your parcel, you will receive a text message (sms) with the balance of your account. The amount will be available to place new orders or to request a refund.

The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and the special markings (tabs / barcode) have not been removed.

The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company. The company does not bear any responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged in any case to replace them.
